Is it too late for me to learn the guitar?

I don't play any musical instruments. I've been 13 for 2 days now. Is it too late? I'm a bit of a singer (i'm not that good). a lot of my 'music hero's play the guitar, and after watching some cover versions of my favourite songs on youtube, i realized it's something i could do. the reason i haven't started before is money and time issues. how long do you need? any information welcome- i don't really knoiw what to dio
