My 6-1/2 month old female APBT just got spayed & weighs in @ 40lbs. Will she get bigger?

My APBT got neutered when he was 6 months old. Looking at pictures around the time he got neutered and now (he is 2 years old) he has grown quite a bit. He was about 60 pounds at 6 months old and now he is 70. Hope that help!
