Do these black shoes make my hips look abnormally large?

Please use the following link and give me your honest opinion. Also, should I wear a black top with them or a striped top with them. I was thinking I'd also wear a red ribbon around my waist to make it edgier. It's for my first date EVARRRR ! I'm 12 and hoping this works out. Thank :)
