Help in English: what does she say?

hello! while I was listening an interview on female sexuality in marriage (nz English), the host asked to the autor of a book the following question: "it's often talked about men wanting more sex and for women it's a bit of a *chow*, so what are you trying to do?". I do believe that the word *chow* does not exist, what could have she said instead? do you have any clue? thanks!
