Honda Dio or Tvs Wego?

I gonna buy my first two wheeler. I know the features of both the Dio and Wego but cant make up my mind cuz of the difference in price. On one hand, I am opting for the Dio cuz its a Honda product and lesser priced. On the hand, my heart goes to the Wego for its features, that the Dio doesnt have. Which one has more mileage and better ride quality? Please advise.
