If you really knew what you were doing, you would know what to do. Your wedding is your big day, and to make it work it needs to be planned properly, and setting a date is not planning. I would strongly advise getting together with your fiance and your parents and really sort things out. You yourself shouldn't have to deal with the administration, but you do want to have the days as you would like it.
