Does this kid on the track team like me?

I met this kid on the track team about two weeks ago. He's really cute and his name is Dio. We've been talking alot lately and it's at his school so I see him everyday, but he's always taking to guys. Like, today he was talking to this really obnoxious guy and this guy was like.... I like your jeans, I like your shirt, I like your hair, I like you your thumbs. Some other guy was like petting my hair with a lacrosse stick. So then I walked away and this girl says, Dio wants to talk to you, but I ignored her and he came over and said that he was sorry and those aren't his friends. Then later during practice I was doing running sprints, 100 meters, and he finished his and was like sitting around. When I got up to race he got up and started cheering. The only other people he cheered for were his guy friends. So the bottom line is..... Does Dio like me? Also he's a year older, so the obnoxious guy is too....
