How dio you(if you do) keep your kids brains from going numb over summer?
Reading Logs, read a book once a week or month depending on how fast of a reader your kid is. Depending on where you live visit museums or zoos and other fun educational places, it's a great experience but you learn a lot too. No childhood summer is complete without museums or zoos! You could also create weekly 'research project' on what cities or places they'd like to visit. With the internet it's easy to find prices, information and history on anywhere in the world, just be wary of them wanting to visit the place afterwards. Don't go overboard or you'll ruin the R & R that summer is supposed to provide.
